性能特点

减速机带动轴的旋转速度与桨叶的结构会使物料重力减弱，随着重力的缺乏，各物料存在颗粒大小、比重悬殊的差异在混合过程中被忽略。激烈的搅拌运动缩短了一次混合的时间，更快速、更高效。

即使物料有比重、粒径的差异，在交错布置的搅拌叶片快速剧烈的翻腾抛洒下，也能达到很好的混合效果。

双轴浆叶无重力混合机可实现17%以下的喷雾操作，加液后黏度太大的物料不适合。可进行固（粉）－固（粉）（粉体粒度300－2000um）混合。

根据用产要求，还可以加装喷液及夹套装置，使之成固（粉）－液（含液量<15%的混合及干燥设备使用。
